God's Plan of Salvation
Hear the Gospel.
Romans 10:17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.
Believe in Jesus.
Mark 16:16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.
John 8:24 I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be, you will indeed die in your sins."
Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
Repent of Sins.
Luke 13:3 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.
Acts 2:38 Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 17:30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.
Confess Christ.
Romans 10:9-10 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
Acts 8:36,37 As they traveled along the road, they came to some water and the eunuch said, "Look, here is water. Why shouldn't I be baptized?" Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” The eunuch answered, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”
Be Baptized.
Mark 16:16Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.
Acts 2:38Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
1 Peter 3:20,21 who disobeyed long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through waterand this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, ,
The Lord adds you to church .
Acts 2:47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
Live Faithfully.
Revelation 2:10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.
As the title of page states, this is God's plan of salvation. This is not a list of man-made rules to become a member of the Lord's church. These are His words of life.
